Cancellation Policy
There is a 15 minute Grace period for late appointments. Appointment will be canceled after 20 mins and will count as a same day cancellation. Same day cancellations or no shows will be charged for the remaining amount of services booked. No call no show clients will be banned from further booking. Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours prior to appointment time and date. No exceptions. Deposits are non-refundable.
